The Dashboard: Menu Overview

The Dashboard is your quick snapshot showing all recorded payouts at your venue.

The Venue metrics along the top show the total number of payouts by status:

  • Draft - Payouts that have been started but not submitted for review.
  • Review - Payouts that have been submitted and need manager review.
  • Payment - Payouts that have been approved but not marked as paid.
  • Finalised - Payouts for which all payment methods have been marked as paid.
  • Rejected - Payouts that have been rejected by a manager.

The overview shows the 5 most recent payouts by status (Draft, Needs manager review, Payment pending) to make it clear what requires completion or action.

Payouts shown in the overview can be edited or actioned by selecting the action button shown on the right hand side of each payout (Edit/Review/Pay →).

If you want to discard a draft payout, go to the Payouts menu from the panel on the left, find and select the draft payout in the list, and select Discard.
